What data we process and why

Website visits. Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The website does not use cookies or analytics.

Email inquiries. If you email us, we process the information you send, such as your name, email address, company and project details, to answer you, prepare a proposal and deliver agreed work. Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Invoices and accounting records are kept to meet our obligations under the Estonian Accounting Act (Art. 6(1)(c)).

You are not required to provide personal data, but we cannot reply to an inquiry without a way to contact you.

How long we keep data

• Inquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after our last contact.
• Client correspondence: for the duration of the contract and up to 3 years afterwards.
• Invoices and accounting documents: 7 years.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Data is processed on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Google Ireland Ltd. (email), and is shared with our accountant and public authorities where the law requires it. Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email kirill.peljuh@techkii.eu. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon,www.aki.ee).
